Nighthawk Custom match-grade barrels are engineered to be the gold standard for 1911 pistols. You can add the quality and accuracy of a Nighthawk Custom to your 1911 pistol. Nighthawk Custom (FM Series) 1911 barrels are fully machined, full fit, match-grade barrels, machined from premium-grade 416 stainless steel. All barrels are slightly oversized in lock-up areas and require gunsmith fitting. Nighthawk Custom barrels undergo multiple quality-control inspections throughout the machining process to ensure they meet Nighthawk Custom standards. These barrels are held to +/- 0.001″ in the most critical areas, both the barrels and bushings have a 40-42 Rockwell C. The barrels are broach rifled and are made from 416 stainless steel which is machined from solid bar stock.
